Blast from the Past
I started my career just above a decade back as an HR Generalist for a France based digital marketing company. I donned various hats there by being a part of marketing communication, digital marketing and content writing. I then started to believe I am primarily a ‘back-end’ personality and would never be addressing people directly – especially training!
Then it all Changed
Few years later, Image Consulting Business Institute happened and here I am, presenting much required life skills to leaders, managers, directors, doctors, scientists, teachers, students to list a few. I joined the course at ICBI Hyderabad for Soft Skills and Image Consulting. The experiential learning workshops delivered by the most seasoned trainers of the industry facilitated my growth and transformation to an informed individual and professional. I have seen and felt myself grow, so much so that today I am an independent behaviour and communication facilitator and an imagepreneur delivering exceptional workshops across levels and industries.
Conquering New Horizons
Being a certified Image consultant, Train the Trainer and Soft Skill Trainer, I have also been a part of the prestigious Basic Human Laboratory from ISABS.
Today, I feel overwhelmed and grateful for having associated with few of the best Fortune 500 companies from the world, pioneer organisations in pharma, IT/ITES, R & D, media and communication, BFSI, FMCG, marketing, health and wellness, education and various other segments.
Facilitating a change in the leaders from IIT’s and IIM’s, it gives me immense pleasure in exploring newer avenues and contribute in building the future of individuals and organisations.
Make it to BELIEVE it – that’s my mantra and that’s my story!
My #MoreThanAPayCheque moment
While training the senior managers of a leading food and beverage company, the senior most manger comes and tells me after a 2day workshop – ‘I have never felt the need to change myself as much as I do now, I really want to change!ʼ This remark coming from one of the oldest managers of the company, made me feel absolutely worthy of myself!
