Job Summary: The Placement Manager will be responsible for identifying job opportunities for our students, coordinating with recruiting companies, arranging interviews, and overseeing the entire placement process. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong network within the industry, and a passion for helping students achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Job Opportunities: Research and identify potential job opportunities and internships for students in relevant fields.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruiting companies, industry professionals, and alumni to facilitate student placements.
  • Coordinate Placement Activities: Organize and coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and networking events.
  • Liaise with Recruiters: Communicate with recruiters to understand their hiring needs and match them with suitable candidates from our student pool.
  • Student Support: Provide guidance and support to students in preparing for interviews, including resume building, interview coaching, and soft skills development.
  • Arrange Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between students and potential employers.
  • Oversee Placement Process: Monitor and track the progress of the placement process from initial contact to final job offer, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain records of placements and provide regular reports and analysis to management on placement activities and outcomes.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and job market conditions to provide relevant advice and support to students.

 Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or career services.

Job Summary: The Program Suitability Manager will play a crucial role in connecting with leads, taking them through detailed presentations of our courses, handling objections, and closing admissions. This role requires a consultative selling approach and strong relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing, particularly in roles that involved consultative selling and understanding customer emotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with leads and potential students for our image consulting and soft skills training courses.
  • Conduct detailed presentations to prospective students, highlighting the benefits and features of our courses.
  • Handle objections and provide clear, convincing answers to potential concerns.
  • Close admissions by guiding students through the enrolment process.
  • Maintain and update the Management Information System (MIS) to track follow-ups and ensure timely communication with leads.
  • Monitor and track the progress of leads from initial contact to admission, including those who take time before deciding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students, understanding their needs and motivations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all potential and current students.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles that required consultative selling and relationship building for example: sales roles in education and training, financial services and insurance, luxury goods and services, hospitality and tourism etc.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle objections effectively and close sales.
  • Experience with MIS and tracking follow-ups.
  • Understanding of and empathy for the emotional aspects of the decision-making process, particularly for women.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.

  • Follow up with potential students to confirm appointments and ensure attendance at scheduled presentations.
  • Provide basic information about our courses and services, addressing initial queries.
  • Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to support overall enrolment goals.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all prospective students.

Qualifications:
