India’s 1st Master Certified Professional Facilitator
Impactful Facilitative-Training Skills Program
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
While organisations and professionals do realise that ongoing learning is crucial, one of the bigger challenges that HR and L&D are grappling with is the feedback from the learners that many of the training sessions are non-impactful and the trainers (internal or external) just keep talking all the time.
What organisations are looking for – participative, enjoyable, reflective, implementable, engaging and relevant sessions.
Our Approach – ‘Facilitative-Training’ (FacT) a synergy between ‘Facilitation Skills’ & ‘Training’, bringing the power of process facilitation into content-training.
A ‘Facilitative-Trainer’ understands the Desired Outcomes of the stakeholders, Designs the session with Divergence & Convergence methods and Facilitates the group.
Our ‘DEEP-C’ framework of Facilitative-Training Competencies merges the power of Facilitation & Training into creating high-engagement with the learners.
