Kolkata based Image Consultant and Soft skills trainer Taranjeet Kaur Chohan was recently invited as a guest speaker for a virtual programme named ‘ProGrace’ organised by Adore India, an organisation that conducts webinars for motivating and guiding students. She addressed students and participants from different schools, colleges and workplace pan India by sharing her insights & learning’s about Personal Development and impact of grooming on self confidence. She discussed the reasons why one feels less confidence and shared ways and tips to build self confidence. She mentioned body image, self image and self esteem. She also spoke about the image circle. This session will help students to believe in themselves, build confidence, up-skill themselves and take actions. It was attended by more than 30 participants.
