Kolkata based Image Consultant Shayanti Roy recently conducted a POSH and Gender Sensitization workshop to bring in compliance and awareness pertaining to POSH ACT 2013 for safety of Women and to build progressive work culture that minimizes Gender discrimination.
The program was an interactive session that discussed the norms of the law in place and practical implementation of it at Workplace. It was well received by the organization.
