Mumbai based Soft Skills Trainer, Rashmi Ramachandran, conducted her first offline session for the students of Shree Narayan Guru College of Commerce (Junior College).
After studying from home for two years, students have all returned to college while continuing to deal with the ever-present syllabus and exam stress. This has been seen in various audiences – whether student or corporate – the need to re-learn how to transition back to the “offline” world, even though that has been the default for most of our lives!
Rashmi conducted two productive back-to-back batches of 60 students each on the topic of Stress Management. The students expressed genuine concerns about the different stressors they face, and were eager to learn about practical methods to handle stress.
In this session, students were encouraged to open up about their feelings with their parents/teachers/counsellors to avoid feeling alone when dealing with any situation.
