Delhi based Soft Skills Trainer Punya Singla recently conducted an Online training session on People Management through Transactional Analysis Model for a client in defence machinery.
She covered topics such as defining Transactional Analysis and its relevance in the workplace, exploring ego states and how they impact communication and behaviour at workplace as well as personally, discovering concepts on how TA can be used to improve communication skills in a professional setting.
It was attended by 10 managers who were heading various teams and carried an experience of 15-20 years in their domain.
