Jaipur-based Certified Soft Skills Trainer conducted a training session on the “Growth Mindset” Life Skills faculty Development program at the oldest and premier school, St Xavier’s Senior Secondary School, C Scheme, Jaipur on 13 May 2023.
The session “”Growth Mindset “” is A Life Skills Faculty Development Workshop. In the workshop, Krittika emphasized the essential life skills which would empower the teachers to foster holistic development among the students and also enhance their quality of life. This FDP was an amalgamation of numerous life skills essential for a successful life and has been mandatory by the CBSE. It was an interactive workshop session designed to provide theoretical knowledge and practical strategies for integrating life skills into the faculty members. The workshops covered various aspects, including communication skills, critical thinking, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, decision-making, stress management, and teamwork.
The workshop was an engaging and informative experience where Krittika provided participants with practical tools to enhance their Self-Awareness, Emotion management appearance, and body language. Through interactive games and activities, the session made learning fun and effective, empowering participants to succeed in a competitive workplace.
The session was attended by over 110 faculty members, including management heads, principals, Fathers, and sisters of the convent.
It was highly appreciated by all the participants, and feedback received from the organizing committee too was overwhelming and positive, with the Principal requesting more sessions in the future.
