Delhi based Soft Skills Trainer, Capt Manjula Katoch Conducted a 5-day Personality Development Capsule for the final year students of Dronacharya College of engineering, Gurugram from 20 Mar – 24 Mar 2023.
In this capsule, she took up sessions on Leadership skills, Interpersonal Skills and Conflict resolution, Time Management, Resume writing and Interview Skills to prepare the students for their smooth transition from college campus to the corporate world.
The Sessions were made enriching and interactive with various techniques such as role plays, videos, mock interviews, activities and questionnaires.
