Delhi based Soft Skills Trainer, Anjali Basra recently conducted two workshops back-to-back on ‘Goal Setting’ and ‘Conflict Management’ at Shri Guru Ram Rai University, Dehradun.
In one session she covered the topics: requirement of goals, types of goals, achieving goals by being SMART, and necessity for a mixed bags of goals in life.
In the subsequent session she elaborated on reasons for conflicts, how conflicts can occur in any situation and between any two or more individuals, aspects that are common to any situation of a conflict, identifying individual styles during a conflict, and managing conflict through collaboration.
The sessions were attended by 200 students of the MBA and BHA programs.
