Greeshma Thampi
Greeshma is an MBA from Welingkar Institute of Management and a BMS graduate from Narsee Monjee College. She then took up the Image Consulting Program offered by ICBI. Over the span of 10 years, she has conducted over 950 workshops addressing close to 16,000 participants across India, Middle East and South East Asia. She has also coached CEOs, HNIs, entrepreneurs and celebrities.
Prior to setting up the practice, she has worked as an HR professional with an IT MNC. She has successfully designed and delivered quality corporate training programs for employees at various levels and across industries like Manufacturing, IT, Consulting, Banking & Finance, Education, Retail, Luxury and Pharma.
Greeshma’s key areas of expertise include creating customer specific solutions, coaching abilities and bringing about an ‘inside out’ transformation.
She has conducted training programs for companies like Yes Bank, Larsen & Toubro, RBL, Bank of America, Audi, Deloitte, Aditya Birla Group, Tata Group, Oberoi Group to name a few.
She was felicitated by the “Influencer’s Award” by Qween for making an impact in the lives of people through her trainings and coaching initiatives.
By combining learning’s from management education, professional experience and people skills, she encourages people to reach their potential through Image Management. She has featured as an expert on dining etiquette on the first reality television show on image management in the world, “Image Banani Hai” on Zoom. She is also featured as an Etiquette & Communication expert on Glamrs.com, a leading video content company. She has been interviewed on Radio City 91.1 and is regularly featured in various national dailies like Mid-Day, Times of India, Economic Times, Mumbai Mirror, Times Ascent, Bombay Times, DNA and The New Indian Express and magazines like Femina.
