Kolkata based soft skills Trainer, Ms. Shayanti Roy, conducted a workshop on Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace for new joinees on board who play a part on building a progressive workplace.
The workshop not only is a compliance mandate laid down by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, but works towards making workplaces progressive and in sync with changing work dynamics and ethos.
This workshop is a fine balance between what has been traditionally laid down by the law passed in 2013 ( POSH Act 2013 and changing dynamics of gender diversity and gender sensitization.
