Faculty Development Program on Conflict Management to Enhance Harmony at IMS

Delhi-based Soft Skills Trainer Capt Manjula Katoch Conducted a Faculty Development Program at the Institute of Management Studies (IMS), Noida, on the topic,” Conflict Management to enhance Harmony within departments and institutions.” It was attended by Management, Law, and IT faculty.

The Workshop was interactive with various techniques such as role plays, case studies, quizzes, and practical hands-on training. Capt Manjula received excellent feedback from the participants.
