Jaipur based Soft skills trainer Krittika Sharda conducted an EDP session “Empowering Military Entrepreneurs: A Transformative Session” on 20th December, 2023 initiated by the Central Government, an impactful session focused on entrepreneurship development for our esteemed defense personnel.
The session aimed to equip retiring army officers with the skills and insights needed to successfully transition into entrepreneurship.
The session delved into diverse topics, starting with an exploration of entrepreneurship fundamentals, motivation, and the cultivation of essential personal skill sets. The engaging discussion touched on self-confidence, attitude building, effective communication, and time management – all vital aspects for entrepreneurs embarking on a new journey.
Krittika has been offered the opportunity to conduct future sessions as part of this Central Government initiative. This recognition speaks volumes about the impact and value perceived in the session content and delivery.
