Sugam Khadka, an Image Consultant and Soft Skills Trainer, conducted “The Power of Personal Appearance,” an interactive image consulting workshop for 25 women from Ladies Circle Nepal in Kathmandu. The session focused on body shape, personal style, colour, fit, and practical ways to build a more confident and polished appearance.

Participants engaged in hands-on activities and live colour analysis while learning how to make more informed styling choices. The workshop introduced image consulting concepts that were new and eye-opening for many participants, with a focus on helping women feel more confident and intentional about how they present themselves in everyday and professional settings.

Sugam also conducted a “First Impression” workshop for students at Silver Mountain Hotel Management College. Together, these workshops enabled him to apply image consulting and soft skills concepts across both women's and student audiences in Kathmandu.

The Ladies Circle Nepal workshop also led to two one-on-one consulting clients and a follow-up dining etiquette program with the same team. One participant shared, “Hi Sugam you were amazing! This is something I've been looking for for a long time. I never knew that understanding my personal style could help me step out of my comfort zone.” The participant later became one of Sugam's one-on-one consulting clients.
