Primary Objective of the Session
To enable the educators to understand that effective teaching goes beyond content delivery. It focuses on how a teacher’s voice (आवाज़), style/presence (अंदाज़), and impact (असर) influence student learning, engagement, confidence, and emotional connection in the classroom. The session aims to help teachers understand, analyse, apply, and reflect upon Howard Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences by recognising that every learner understands, expresses, and responds differently.
