I am a Certified Soft Skills Trainer and a Certified Train-the-Trainer, accredited through the National Accreditation Board for Education & Training (NABET). With over 25 years of professional experience, I bring deep expertise in leading sales teams, negotiating complex projects, building strategic relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving business growth through effective communication and collaboration.
Throughout my career, I have worked closely with CEOs, Board Members, Project Owners, Executive Leadership Teams, High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), and professionals seeking growth in both their personal and professional lives. My experience spans managing high-value client relationships, negotiating win-win outcomes, fostering long-term stakeholder engagement, and strengthening business partnerships across diverse markets and cultures.
My strengths lie in people management, negotiation, interpersonal effectiveness, coaching, leadership, and the ability to seamlessly manage multiple responsibilities in dynamic business environments. These capabilities have enabled me to optimize profitability, accelerate business growth, improve team performance, and deliver sustainable results. Above all, I am deeply passionate about mentoring and grooming young talent, helping individuals develop the confidence, skills, and mindset required to excel in their chosen fields.
Prior to my journey in training and coaching, I built a successful career as a Sales and Marketing Leader specializing in hydropower equipment packages, with extensive expertise in FIDIC conditions of contract for international projects. My global exposure includes travel across more than 25 countries, providing me with a rich understanding of cross-cultural communication, international business practices, and stakeholder management.
Some of my key achievements include successfully negotiating more than 40 international contracts over a decade and playing a pivotal role in securing 95% of the company’s order target during 2017–18—the highest target achievement recorded by the organization in the preceding ten years. I have also travelled extensively across multiple countries to establish bidding partnerships, conduct contract negotiations, facilitate strategic discussions, and successfully close high-value business agreements.
Today, I leverage this extensive corporate and international experience to help individuals and organizations strengthen their communication, leadership, relationship-building, and negotiation capabilities—empowering them to achieve excellence and sustainable success.
