My career began in the hospitality and travel industry, where I had the privilege of working with renowned brands across service, education, and corporate environments. These experiences taught me that exceptional customer experiences are never accidental; they are built through effective communication, empathy, professionalism, and the ability to genuinely connect with people. Today, I bring these real-world insights into every training session I facilitate.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Delhi and a PGDM in Travel & Tourism, and I am a City & Guilds Certified Soft Skills Trainer. Over the years, I have collaborated with esteemed organizations and institutions, including IHM, Kuoni Group, EaseMyTrip, Sharda University, CRED, and several learning and corporate platforms. My work has enabled me to train students, educators, frontline professionals, managers, and corporate teams in workplace communication, business etiquette, executive presence, customer service excellence, confidence building, body language, interview readiness, presentation skills, and professional behaviour.
