As a freelance Soft Skills Trainer and Image Consultant, I work with IT professionals, students, team leads, and leadership teams to strengthen their communication, executive presence, emotional intelligence, and work-life balance—enabling them to perform and grow with confidence in demanding workplace settings.
My approach is practical, relatable, and deeply rooted in real workplace challenges. I focus on helping individuals communicate confidently in meetings and client interactions, build executive presence for leadership roles, manage stress and time pressures, improve interview performance and career readiness, and successfully transition from individual contributors to people managers.
I design and deliver high-impact workshops and coaching programs across key areas such as business and workplace communication for IT professionals, executive presence and professional image, stress management and emotional intelligence, interview skills and career readiness, and first-time manager and leadership essentials. My training formats include virtual and in-person workshops, group training sessions, one-on-one coaching, as well as short-term programs and intensive bootcamps—ensuring flexibility and relevance for diverse learning needs.
