I am a Corporate Trainer specializing in Leadership, Behavioural Skills, and Soft Skills Development, with a passion for helping individuals and teams unlock their potential and achieve sustained professional success.

With over 25 years of corporate experience in the banking industry, culminating in my role as Deputy General Manager, I bring extensive firsthand experience in leadership, people management, customer engagement, workplace communication, and organisational effectiveness. Having led teams and worked in demanding business environments, I understand the practical challenges professionals face at different stages of their careers.

This corporate experience strongly influences my training philosophy. I believe effective learning should go beyond theory and translate into behaviours that professionals can apply in real workplace situations. During my corporate career, I had the privilege of successfully delivering a specialised Self-Development Programme for nearly 1,000 employees of IDBI Bank over a six-month period in Delhi. The programme focused on strengthening professional and behavioural competencies and supporting employees in their personal and workplace development.

I have also conducted Soft Skills and Employability Training at NIELIT (National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology), Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India, in June 2025. Through this engagement, I had the opportunity to mentor students and aspiring professionals, helping them build communication skills, confidence, and workplace readiness.

I believe technical expertise may open doors, but communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, and professional behaviour determine how far individuals can grow.
