About Us

I am a dynamic and passionate professional dedicated to empowering others through training and facilitation. My journey, enriched by my experiences as an Army wife, has taken me across the country, where I’ve gained diverse insights. With nine years of teaching in various schools and serving as a principal in a preschool, I have focused on developing my team and enhancing the learning environment for children.

In 2017, I transitioned into soft skills training, earning certifications from the Image Consulting Business Institute, a globally recognized institution. This led to my role as a trainer, where I mentor aspiring professionals. I have conducted corporate training for organizations like VFS Global Ltd, Tata Autocomp Systems Ltd, and Cambridge University UK, focusing on enhancing soft skills and professional development.

Additionally, I conduct teacher training programs for Cambridge curriculum schools and work with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where I’ve trained around 50,000 students nationwide in Business Etiquette, Interview Skills, and Interpersonal Skills. As a visiting faculty at IIEBM, The Indus School in Pune, I train management students in Goal Setting, Business Etiquette, and Grooming.

I am committed to continuous learning and recently completed a course in virtual facilitation to make online sessions more interactive. My passion lies in mentoring budding trainers, guiding them in module design, and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
