I am Maya Rajkumar, a seasoned facilitator and leadership development professional with 18 years of experience across global enterprises, including IBM, Kyndryl, and Infosys. Having built my expertise within large corporate environments while simultaneously designing and delivering live learning programmes, I bring a strong combination of corporate realism, behavioural learning, and facilitation expertise to every engagement.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: transformation happens when potential is translated into presence. I help professionals move beyond competence to develop the confidence, communication, leadership presence, and behavioural effectiveness required to make a meaningful impact at work.
My facilitation approach blends structure with storytelling, clarity with empathy, and insight with action. I design learning experiences that encourage participants not only to understand concepts but to experience, practise, and apply them in real workplace situations.
I believe every audience gives a trainer their most valuable asset—their time. I honour that responsibility by being present, adaptable, and responsive to the needs of each group. While my programmes are built around clear learning outcomes, I am equally comfortable navigating unexpected questions, diverse perspectives, and challenging group dynamics without losing flow or credibility.
