As a Soft Skills Trainer, Learning & Development Professional, and Communication Specialist, I bring diverse experience across corporate training, higher education, content strategy, and business communication. Before transitioning into Learning & Development, I spent several years as a Content Strategist and Writer, designing communication for businesses across diverse industries. This experience brings a unique dimension to my training approach, allowing me to combine communication strategy, behavioural insights, and real-world workplace scenarios rather than relying solely on theory.
