As a Soft Skills Trainer, Learning & Development Professional, and Communication Specialist, I bring diverse experience across corporate training, higher education, content strategy, and business communication. My work is driven by a passion for helping individuals develop the practical human skills required to succeed in today’s evolving workplace.
Over the years, I have worked with learners ranging from college students and fresh graduates to working professionals, helping them strengthen communication, workplace professionalism, confidence, emotional intelligence, presentation skills, customer service, and business etiquette. My focus is always on making learning relevant, practical, and directly applicable to real professional situations.
Before transitioning into Learning & Development, I spent several years as a Content Strategist and Writer, designing communication for businesses across diverse industries. This experience brings a unique dimension to my training approach, allowing me to combine communication strategy, behavioural insights, and real-world workplace scenarios rather than relying solely on theory.
I strongly believe that meaningful learning happens through participation, reflection, and practice. My sessions are highly interactive and incorporate discussions, role plays, experiential activities, simulations, and real-life case studies, enabling participants to understand concepts deeply and apply them with confidence.
