About Us

I am an experienced media professional with two decades of expertise in the industry, having worked with renowned organizations like the Times Group and Jagran Group. My career has encompassed a variety of roles, including media operations, media sales, customer service, and training and development. After an enriching journey in the corporate world, I made a conscious pivot towards soft skills training, finding my true passion in coaching and mentoring. This transition allows me to channel and impart the extensive knowledge and experience I have gained throughout my professional journey.

As a Certified Soft Skills Trainer, I assist individuals, students, and professionals in discovering and harnessing their inner potential, facilitating transformation in both their personal and professional lives. My training domains include time management, stress management, effective communication strategies, interview preparation, LinkedIn mastery, campus-to-corporate programs, behavioural skills, presentation skills, and spoken English.

I am particularly passionate about training college students on campus-to-corporate programs. I am empanelled with Crack-ED, an upskilling platform for college students, where I have trained students across India, equipping them with essential skills for their entry into the corporate world. Additionally, I work with Illumine Knowledge Resources as a facilitator and have been part of nationwide programs for the ‘Mission Karmayogi’ initiative by the Government of India.

As a language trainer, I offer one-on-one sessions in spoken English and communication, catering to individuals from various backgrounds, including housewives, students, and professionals. As a council member of the WICCI Uttarakhand Mentoring & Soft Skills Council, I contribute to training workshops and discussions on soft skills and women's empowerment. I am also dedicated to working for NGOs and social causes, finding purpose and fulfilment in impacting society positively.
