As a People & Culture expert with over 17 years of HR experience across industries and geographies, I am passionate about facilitating transformation in corporate professionals. My personal mission is to help individuals bring out the best version of themselves.
In my work as a facilitator and coach, I engage with people at various stages of their life and career journeys. As a Talent Management Expert, I utilize scientific tools like Predictive Index and DISC to guide individuals through paradigm shifts. As a Talent Practitioner, I lead clients on a path of self-assessment and coach them to grow as both people and professionals.
Over my coaching career, I have accumulated over 120 hours of coaching, both in-person and virtually. I have been invited to speak at esteemed management institutes such as MET Institute of Management, Institute of Chemical Technology, V.G. Vaze College, NMIMS, and Atharva Institute of Management Studies, where I deliver talks on motivation, personal branding, and interview readiness.
