As a commerce graduate and a NABET-certified Soft Skills Trainer with over 17 years of diversified corporate experience, my professional journey has given me valuable exposure across backend operations and sales, helping me develop a strong understanding of workplace expectations, communication dynamics, and professional behavior in real-world environments.
Over the years, I developed a deep interest in training and mentoring individuals, which naturally led me into the field of soft skills development. Today, I work closely with school and college students, women restarting their careers, and young professionals, helping them build essential life and workplace skills that go far beyond academic qualifications.
My training focuses on key areas such as business etiquette, behavioral skills, business English, personal grooming, communication, and overall personality development. I strongly believe that confident communication and effective body language play a crucial role in personal and professional success.
I aim to make my sessions highly interactive, practical, and relatable rather than purely theoretical. Through real-life examples, role plays, and scenario-based learning, I help participants connect easily with concepts and apply them confidently in their daily lives. I believe soft skills are not merely “additional skills,” but essential life skills that shape confidence, professionalism, and personal growth.
