I am an internationally certified Soft Skills and Corporate Trainer, passionate about helping engineers, students from technical backgrounds, early-career professionals, core engineering professionals, and first-time managers unlock their full potential. My work focuses on strengthening communication, confidence, professional presence, personality awareness, and the essential human skills required to succeed in complex technical and corporate environments.

With over a decade of experience across core industries and diverse functions—including Design, Projects, Project Management, Sales and Marketing, and Technical Sales—I bring practical workplace insights into every learning intervention. Having experienced the realities of technical workplaces firsthand, I understand the challenges professionals face when translating technical competence into effective communication, collaboration, influence, and leadership. My programs are designed to bridge this critical gap and help participants thrive in today's dynamic workplace.

I am a City & Guilds (UK)-accredited Certified Soft Skills Trainer and have successfully completed the Train the Trainer program from ICBI, accredited by NABET. I also hold a postgraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, which enables me to connect deeply with engineers and technical professionals and understand the unique demands of their career journeys.
