A leader is someone who dares to go to a place where others fear to go! Leadership is the ability of an individual to influence, motivate, and enable others to contribute toward the effectiveness and success of the organizations of which they are members.

Leadership is “organizing a group of people to achieve a common goal”. In fact leadership is an action, not just a position. Hierarchy produces teams and leaders simultaneously. As a leader it is extremely important to handle different people at the same time while ensuring the task is accomplished smoothly. It is said that when people leave organizations, they don’t really leave the organization but they leave the leader. The leader is the backbone of any function be it the CEO, CFO, CMO, team leaders, HR heads etc. Each of them plays an important role in taking the organization to the next level.

This session helps participants to understand what is leadership, different types of leaders, different types of leadership styles and difference between mangers and leaders.
