My career began with over seven years in the ITES and IT industry, where I led multiple teams across various verticals. This experience exposed me to diverse organizational structures and provided invaluable learning opportunities. I worked on transitioning new projects, establishing standardized processes, and engaging in customer service, quality assurance, client relationship management, and daily operations. This journey has been self-evolving, significantly enhancing my skills as a facilitator and coach.
