About Us

I am Shrruti Clarence (Patole), born and raised in the “Oxford of the East” – Pune. My professional journey has been a vibrant blend of aviation, leadership, training, entrepreneurship, writing, and personal development, driven by a passion for continuous learning and empowering others to achieve their fullest potential.

Most recently, I earned the prestigious Lifetime Alumni status from IIM Indore after successfully completing the Executive Program in Leadership and Change Management, further strengthening my commitment to personal and professional excellence.

With over 28 years of experience in the aviation and corporate sectors, I have had the privilege of working with some of the world’s most respected airlines, including Air India, British Airways, Swiss Air, Kingfisher Airlines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines in Amsterdam, and a leading airline MNC in Pune. During my corporate career, I served in leadership roles such as Team Manager and Quality Assurance Manager, gaining extensive experience in customer service excellence, people management, quality systems, and organizational leadership.

Beyond aviation, I wear multiple hats as a Soft Skills Trainer, Image Consultant, Author, Entrepreneur, and Co-Founder Director of a Skill Development Company. As a certified Soft Skills Trainer and Image Coach, I am passionate about helping youth and women build confidence, develop professional presence, and create their own success stories. Through my independent Training and Placement firm, Ciela Global Events LLP, based in Pune, I work closely with colleges, educational institutions, and corporate organizations to enhance employability, communication, leadership, and personal development.

One of the proudest milestones of my journey has been becoming India’s first-ever winner of the prestigious Mrs. Universe Confident title in South Africa. I am also the first Punekar to achieve this distinction in the pageant’s 30+ year history. This achievement reflects my belief that confidence, resilience, and authenticity can empower individuals to break barriers and achieve extraordinary success.

I am also a passionate writer and a seven-time published author. My literary work includes several romance fiction short stories and a historical fiction novel titled A Tulip in the Desert, which is available on Kindle. Writing allows me to explore human emotions, inspire readers, and share stories that leave a lasting impact.

Outside my professional pursuits, I enjoy dancing, creating digital content, travelling, and engaging in meaningful conversations that inspire growth and learning. Beaches are my sanctuary and source of rejuvenation, while storytelling, creativity, and human connection continue to fuel my personal and professional journey.
