I am Rradhika Khanna, a professional with a strong foundation in fashion and personal development. After graduating from NIFT (Hauz Khas) in Fashion Designing and honing my skills under eminent designers, I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey. Over a decade in the fashion industry laid the groundwork for my seamless expansion into Image Consultancy and Soft Skills Training.

With over two decades of experience as a Designer, Stylist, Image Consultant, Soft Skills Trainer, Diction Expert, Pageant Coach, and POSH Trainer, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my clients. My work in the pageantry world is unparalleled, having served as the grooming partner for over 10 prestigious international pageants for Teens, Miss, and Mrs. categories. I’ve also transformed the wardrobes and professional images of corporate clients, helping them create powerful, lasting impressions.

I’ve trained top executives across India, including those at EPCH (Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts), as well as students and professionals at prestigious universities like Amity, Christ, and MUIT. My experience spans various industries, including healthcare, technology, and exports, with organizations like Apollo Hospitals, Concor, Appinventiv, and Sara Exports Pharma. Currently, I train at ICBI, one of Asia’s most prestigious institutes, specializing in Soft Skills.
