About Ritu

I am Ritu Saluja, an internationally certified Image Consultant and Behavioural Coach, with expertise in Executive Presence, Personal Branding, and Facilitation Skills. As a faculty member at the prestigious Image Consulting Business Institute (ICBI), I bring over 9 years of experience across diverse sectors, including Education, Banking, Retail, Corporate, Pageantry, and Personal Consultations.

Driven by a passion for meaningful transformation, I have had the opportunity to impact 10,000+ individuals, helping them strengthen their presence, communication, confidence, and professional effectiveness. My approach brings together Image Consulting and Behavioural Coaching with specialised expertise in Voice & Accent Training, Design Thinking, and Leadership Development, creating a holistic learning experience for individuals and organisations.

As an ICBI Faculty Member, I train and mentor a global audience, equipping aspiring image consultants and professionals with practical skills and perspectives that support their personal and professional growth. I also lead the IMPA Kolkata Chapter, where I contribute to building a stronger professional community and advancing the practice of image management.

My commitment to creating positive change extends beyond my professional work. Through my association with Lions Club International, I actively contribute to initiatives focused on women’s empowerment and children's well-being, reflecting my belief that personal transformation can create a wider social impact.

Being fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Bangla allows me to connect naturally with diverse audiences and create learning experiences that are culturally relevant, engaging, and accessible.
