I am passionate about helping people become more confident, compelling, and authentic in the way they show up—both at work and in life. With over 15 years of experience across corporate strategy, consulting, leadership, and learning, I bring a strong business perspective to my work in image, communication, leadership, and personal effectiveness.
As the Founder of Elevaré Leadership Consulting, an ICBI Faculty Member, Leadership Development Specialist, Executive Presence Coach, and Communication Trainer, I work with professionals and organisations to strengthen executive presence, communication, leadership, and workplace effectiveness. I believe that image is more than appearance—it is the impact we create through what we say, how we say it, how we behave, and how consistently we show up.
My sessions are highly experiential, practical, and application-focused. Through activities, conversations, reflection, and real-world workplace situations, I help participants move beyond simply understanding concepts to applying them with confidence and consistency.
I have designed and delivered learning interventions for leaders, managers, frontline teams, and young professionals across diverse organisations and industries. My areas of expertise include executive presence, communication and presentation skills, vocal and verbal communication, leadership development, managerial effectiveness, and personal effectiveness.
My aim is simple: to help individuals discover their authentic professional voice, communicate with greater clarity and confidence, and create a presence that is credible, engaging, and memorable.
