I am a Corporate Trainer, Image Consultant, and Workplace Culture Specialist, passionate about helping individuals and organizations build confidence, credibility, influence, and professional presence. With over 20 years of experience, I have empowered more than 5,000 professionals across corporate organizations, healthcare institutions, educational establishments, NGOs, government bodies, and the Armed Forces, enabling them to enhance their effectiveness, leadership capabilities, and workplace impact.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with esteemed organizations such as Indian Oil Corporation, Tata Power, Dr. Reddy’s Healthcare Foundation, Skalent India, Rochem, government institutions, and defence establishments. These diverse engagements have given me a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, leadership challenges, and the human skills required to thrive in today’s evolving workplace.

As the Founder of Image By Renu LLP, I design and deliver transformative learning experiences in Leadership Development, Executive Presence, Communication Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Business Etiquette, Team Building, Conflict Management, and Personal Branding. My approach integrates behavioural science, image management, and workplace effectiveness, helping professionals strengthen their confidence, communicate with impact, build meaningful relationships, and create a lasting professional presence.

In addition to leadership and behavioural development, I am a certified POSH, POCSO, and DEI professional, committed to fostering safe, respectful, inclusive, and legally compliant workplaces. Through awareness programs, sensitization workshops, and capability-building initiatives, I support organizations in building cultures that promote dignity, diversity, equity, and belonging.
