About Us

"Let’s create success" is the guiding principle behind my work as a Soft Skills Trainer and Image Consultant. I am dedicated to empowering young professionals, students, and others to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. With extensive experience in management and counseling, I help clients develop self-awareness, set achievable goals, and navigate life’s opportunities through effective time management and behavior training.

My background in psychology and experience in corporate and social sectors across India and London have given me valuable insights into the expectations of employers. I’ve held roles such as Assistant Resident Director at PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and Incharge of a Business Centre at the British High Commission, where I learned to address the psychological and social hurdles individuals face.

As a trainer, I focus on preparing youth for the corporate world by enhancing their communication skills and building confidence. My work with rural women and aspiring school dropouts at IDC, where I taught entrepreneurial and computer skills, was particularly rewarding.

In my role as a Counselor and Soft Skills Trainer at a Gurgaon school, I connected with students from diverse backgrounds, helping them appreciate the importance of self-awareness and expression. My session at IILM, Gurgaon, on "The Art of Being Seen Before Being Heard" was especially well-received.
