My own journey has been one of transformation and reinvention. As an officer in the Indian Army, I learned that leadership is not a concept taught in classrooms—it is something lived every day through responsibility, resilience, and service. Later, I stepped away from a formal career to raise a family while navigating the unique realities of military life across multiple postings and cities. When I chose to build a second career, I experienced firsthand the uncertainty, challenges, and opportunities that come with starting over. Those experiences shaped my perspective and deepened my understanding of personal growth, adaptability, and self-discovery.

Perhaps that is why I connect so strongly with individuals who find themselves at moments of transition. Today, I work at the intersection of leadership, behavior, communication, executive presence, and personal effectiveness. As a Behavioural Skills Trainer, PoSH Enabler, NLP Practitioner and Coach, and Certified Life Coach, I help individuals and teams strengthen the often-overlooked skills that drive professional success—self-awareness, confidence, emotional intelligence, communication, influence, and workplace effectiveness.

I believe that when thoughts, behavior, communication, and presence are aligned, people naturally inspire greater trust, command attention, and create a lasting impact. Whether I am facilitating leadership programs, conducting workplace behavior workshops, coaching professionals on executive presence, or supporting women as they rebuild confidence after a career break, my objective remains the same: to help people step into the strongest version of themselves without compromising their authenticity.
