I am Kanika, an experienced HR professional, Corporate Trainer, Certified Image Consultant, Outbound Training Specialist, and POSH Consultant, with a strong passion for creating meaningful learning experiences that drive individual and organizational growth. My work focuses on designing and delivering impactful training interventions that combine behavioral development, experiential learning, and facilitation excellence.
I specialize in facilitation skills programs and use diverse learning methodologies including games, activities, process design, outbound training programs (OBTs), and facilitative storytelling to create highly engaging and outcome-driven sessions. My approach emphasizes attention to detail at every stage—from conducting diagnostics and client contracting to designing customized interventions focused on measurable outcomes. I leverage a wide range of tools and techniques to ensure learning is practical, interactive, and aligned with client objectives.
Over the years, I have worked with leading organizations across industries, engaging audiences ranging from frontline associates to senior leadership teams. My workshops are thoughtfully designed by integrating Facili-Training principles, VAK learning elements, and high participant interaction to maximize engagement and retention.
