I am Kanika, an experienced HR professional, Corporate Trainer, Certified Image Consultant, Outbound Training Specialist, and POSH Consultant, with a strong passion for creating meaningful learning experiences that drive individual and organizational growth. My work focuses on designing and delivering impactful training interventions that combine behavioral development, experiential learning, and facilitation excellence.

I specialize in facilitation skills programs and use diverse learning methodologies including games, activities, process design, outbound training programs (OBTs), and facilitative storytelling to create highly engaging and outcome-driven sessions.
