I am a dynamic academician, marketing professional, certified Soft Skills Trainer, and Image Consultant with over a decade of experience across both corporate and higher education sectors. Holding a Ph.D. in Marketing Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University, along with UGC-NET and JRF qualifications, I am passionate about empowering individuals with the skills, confidence, and professional presence needed to succeed in today’s competitive world.

My expertise spans Marketing Management, Business Communication, Soft Skills Training, Personal Branding, and Image Management. What distinguishes my approach is the ability to blend academic rigor with practical industry insights, helping students and professionals bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world expectations. Before transitioning into academia, I worked as a Marketing Manager with IFB Industries Ltd., where I gained valuable experience in strategic marketing, brand management, customer engagement, and business development. This corporate exposure continues to enrich my teaching and training methodology, enabling me to bring practical perspectives and industry relevance into every learning experience.

I am a certified Soft Skills Trainer accredited by NABET, City & Guilds (UK), and the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA), as well as a Certified Image Consultant through ICBI and the Conselle Institute of Image Management, USA. Over the years, I have mentored numerous students and professionals in career readiness, leadership development, entrepreneurship, placements, executive presence, communication skills, grooming, and emotional intelligence.

As a passionate researcher and published author, I have contributed to several reputed national and international journals, including ABDC and Web of Science indexed publications. I am also the co-author of a book for NTA UGC NET/JRF/SET Paper-II Management and hold a copyright for my doctoral research model, reflecting my commitment to advancing knowledge and innovation in my field.
