About Divya

I am an ICBI-certified Image Consultant and Soft Skills Trainer passionate about helping individuals build a strong, authentic, and impactful professional presence by creating the right alignment between appearance, communication, and behaviour.

With over 15 years of experience across designing, merchandising, business development, and training, I bring a unique combination of corporate exposure, customer-centric thinking, fashion expertise, and people development to my work. My experience with international brands such as ZARA, Marks & Spencer, NEXT, and CECIL has strengthened my understanding of professional presentation, customer expectations, business environments, and the role of personal image in creating meaningful connections.

Through my training and facilitation engagements, I work with college students, young professionals, and corporate teams, helping them transition confidently from campus to corporate and develop the skills required to communicate, collaborate, and present themselves effectively in the workplace.

My areas of expertise include Communication Excellence, Professional Presence, Executive Presence, Presentation Skills, Workplace Communication, Customer-Centricity, Grooming, and Campus-to-Corporate Readiness. I also conduct university-level programmes on Soft Skills, Human Values, and Professional Ethics, helping students complement their academic knowledge with practical workplace capabilities.

I have had the opportunity to work with organisations and institutions including Honda, Havells, Airtel, SMBC, Gian International, CTAP, The NorthCap University, and NGOs. These diverse engagements have enabled me to understand the varying expectations of students, professionals, customers, and corporate teams.

I believe professional presence is not merely about looking the part. It is about how we communicate, carry ourselves, build relationships, demonstrate professionalism, and create an impact in every interaction. My training approach therefore combines practical workplace insights with experiential learning, real-life examples, and actionable tools that participants can immediately apply.

My endeavour is to help individuals move beyond simply looking professional to becoming confident, articulate, credible, and customer-focused professionals who can create a positive and lasting impression wherever they go.
