About Devika

I am Devika Lulla, an internationally certified Image Consultant and Corporate Soft Skills Trainer, passionate about helping individuals and organizations build confidence, credibility, and executive presence through the powerful integration of Appearance, Behaviour, and Communication (ABC). I believe that lasting professional success is achieved when these three dimensions work together to create an authentic and impactful personal brand.

Over the years, I have worked with corporates, MSMEs, startups, educational institutions, entrepreneurs, and business leaders, designing and facilitating engaging, results-oriented learning experiences. My areas of expertise include professional communication, business etiquette, executive presence, emotional intelligence, leadership development, public speaking, personality development, employability skills, and personal branding.

Having trained professionals, students, educators, and entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds, I have come to believe that meaningful transformation begins with self-awareness. When individuals understand their strengths, communicate with clarity, and project confidence through their appearance and behavior, they build stronger relationships, enhance their professional influence, and create lasting impact.

My training methodology is experiential, practical, and highly interactive, combining real-life workplace scenarios, discussions, activities, and reflective learning to encourage sustainable behavioral change. Rather than focusing solely on theory, I create learning experiences that enable participants to immediately apply their insights with confidence in their personal and professional lives.

Whether I am facilitating corporate workshops, leadership development programs, campus-to-corporate initiatives, or one-on-one image consulting sessions, my mission remains the same—to empower individuals to present the best version of themselves with confidence, authenticity, and professionalism, enabling them to achieve lasting personal and professional success.
