I am a Certified Image Consultant, Soft Skills Trainer, and Customer Experience Leader with over 21 years of corporate leadership experience across the telecommunications and real estate sectors. Having led large retail operations and cross-functional teams, I have seen firsthand that technical expertise alone is not enough to accelerate career growth.
