About Us

I am Brunda Manurkar, Founder and Director of D’Elite Image Consultancy, with over 20 years of experience in the corporate world. My journey began in engineering and management, leading teams in renowned organizations like Videocon Appliances and Renewable Energy Systems. This experience shaped my ability to nurture talent and build strong teams, which I now apply in my role as a Professional Skill Facilitator, Trainer, and internationally certified Image and Brand Management Consultant.

Certified by the Scottish Qualification Authority and London Business School, I bring a wealth of expertise to my work. I'm also a Certified Associate Leadership and Life Coach from Su-Knight NLP Academy. My passion for facilitative training led me to transition from corporate leadership to education, where I interacted closely with young minds, deepening my understanding of human psychology and development.

As the first Chapter President of the Image Management Professionals Association (IMPA) Pune Chapter in 2018, I was honoured with a Limca Record in 2014 and a Social Impact Award in 2018. My work has been recognized by Asia Business Outlook Magazine and Business Icon Magazine, where I was featured as one of the top 10 consultants in 2023 and received the Leading with Grace Award in 2024.
