I am a Training & Development consultant with over 16 years of diversified experience in Aviation, Corporate, and Consulting sectors, specializing in Customer Service, Image Management, Soft Skills, and Behavioural Training. I conduct corporate training for multinational companies across the globe, focusing on key areas such as Body Language, Grooming, Interpersonal and Personal Effectiveness, Effective Communication, Fine Dining, and Executive Presence.

My expertise lies in Curriculum Designing, Content Creation, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Measuring Training Efficacy, Facilitative Training, and Train-the-Trainer programs. My key strengths include a high level of empathy and a win-win approach. One of my unique selling points is the ability to infuse humour and keep participants engaged, making training sessions not only effective but also enjoyable.
