I am Ankiit S. Maakheja, Founder of Elements Style & Image, an Internationally Certified Image Consultant, ICBI Licensed Partner, Executive Presence Strategist, Corporate Trainer, and Bespoke Tailoring Expert, with over 17 years of industry experience spanning image consulting, fashion retail, bespoke tailoring, personal branding, executive presence, customer experience, and professional image management.

My approach is rooted in purposeful alignment. I help individuals understand how their appearance, behaviour, communication, body language, grooming, colour, styling, and wardrobe work together to shape perception and express their personal and professional identity.

For me, image is not simply about looking good. It is about creating a presence that is authentic, intentional, credible, and aligned with your aspirations.

I work with professionals, entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, leaders, students, personality development aspirants, personal shoppers, and individuals preparing for important personal or professional milestones. I also partner with corporates, educational institutions, fashion businesses, and professional communities to deliver practical programmes in image management, personality development, executive presence, and professional skills.

My work encompasses image consulting, personal styling, colour analysis, wardrobe management, grooming, personal branding, executive presence, wedding and occasion styling, and bespoke clothing. I particularly enjoy helping clients navigate moments where presentation matters—from career transitions and leadership roles to interviews, networking, weddings, social occasions, and greater professional visibility.

As a Corporate Trainer, I conduct experiential workshops that connect image with communication, confidence, customer experience, professional behaviour, and personal positioning. For educational institutions and personality development programmes, I translate these concepts into practical learning experiences that help students and young professionals become more self-aware, confident, polished, and workplace-ready.

My expertise in Bespoke Tailoring adds a distinctive dimension to my practice. With experience across fashion retail, garment construction, tailoring, vendor management, and customer experience, I approach made-to-measure clothing through proportion, silhouette, body structure, colour, lifestyle, and professional identity—making clothing a considered extension of the individual.

As a Hospitality Management graduate from Napier University, Edinburgh, Scotland, my professional journey has been shaped by experiential learning across hospitality, fashion, retail, tailoring, customer experience, and business operations. This diverse background has strengthened my emphasis on service excellence, attention to detail, practical learning, and meaningful human connection.

My professional credentials include international image consulting certification, ICBI affiliation, City & Guilds certification, and NABET-accredited training credentials. As an ICBI Licensed Partner, I also contribute to professional education and development within the image consulting ecosystem.

Throughout my journey, I have actively participated in IMPA sessions, networking platforms, business communities, and industry engagements, sharing insights on men's styling, professional image, personal branding, executive presence, and image management.
