Art and Science of First Impressions – Segment 1
It takes people 3 to 5 seconds to form First Impressions. Not only is it important to make a great first impression with your prospective spouse, you need to make positive first impressions with in-laws, relatives and friends as well.
The segment on Art and Science of First Impressions offers basic to advanced knowledge of Clothing; Make-up, Grooming & Hygiene; Science of Weight Management and; Etiquette & Body Language to project the right inner image. Armed with the knowledge and tips on personal and physical aspects in this segment, you will form great First Impressions repeatedly which would be essential with different members of family, friends and colleagues.

The section on Clothing helps you clothe yourself effectively, through in-depth knowledge of the Communication of Clothes, Clothing by Body Shape, Cluster Concept – to optimize your wardrobe while creating variety in your look – and Wardrobe Management. At the end this part, you will gain an understanding of yourself and your body type with aspects of clothing and dressing that take you through any occasion, semi-formal, family, social or casual, helping you move with poise and confidence.

Relationship Management – Segment 2
Reaching out and forming relationships and managing expectations is a matter of understanding each member of the new family and finding your space within the new circle. This segment of the program is critical particularly for a new bride in India since marriage brings her together not just with the spouse but also with the family, taking her through the ups and downs of managing multiple relationships. The key sections in this segment include Relationship Management, Expectation Management, Cultural Acclimatization as well as Values and Beliefs – Agreements and Understanding.

Practical Aspects – Segment 3
Plenty of brides enter a marriage with little idea of how to host a party or how to conduct themselves in one. This segment of the program helps you build the skills to host and attend a party, important skills during the early months of marriage more than at any other time, with the new family, friends and colleagues wanting to meet the new bride. The program also gives you practical advice on managing your home budget effectively in a smooth and efficient manner.

Social Media Image – Segment 4
While newly-wed women are expected to form lasting relationships with the new family and friends, they are also supposed to reach out and keep in touch virtually with this new circle of people. Managing your Image over Social Media helps you do just that.

Interaction and Assignments – Segment 5
The program has an Interactive Session with Married Women so that you learn from the experience of women who have gone through situations you would soon be in. You will also have Assignments with guided self-assessment that will help you judge for yourself and enhance your learning. Forming a third of the total hours of the program, these practical sessions are critical for practical application and hence greater and lasting learning.

360 Degree Feedback – Segment
The Marriage Ready Program provides a unique 3600 feedback from the people closest to you with accurate and real feedback of the positive change in you, delivering a complete learning experience. To enable this, the program requires you to provide the reference and contact detail of 2 people who are close to you and in the same age group who will give relevant and effective feedback about the program’s impact on you.
